I was very apprehensive about having dental implants but from the moment I came into your surgery your approach relaxed and re-assured me. Once the X rays and full head scan confirmed that I could have five implants, and you carefully explained the process, I just wanted to get on with it.
You had an extra problem with me as I had worn a denture for so long that my gum was flattened and had shrunk and you had to rebuild this to bring it down to where you could put teeth in eventually, and you did it!
There is an unhurried and calm atmosphere generated by you and your lovely team and (I never thought I would say this about visits to a dentist) it was actually a pleasure to come for appointments.
I can’t thank you enough for your expertise and care and am absolutely delighted with the results. Who would have thought that I would consider this treatment at the age of 81?
